This play is in development. It came out of the TV series Shelter and focuses on four women and their first day at a Women’s shelter.
The facilitator, the Authority, is not sympathetic to their plight. She is more interested in what’s for lunch than the four persons in front of her.
For one of the women this is her 5th “first day”.
